“teyo” vs “tloya”

Kala uses teyo for both “look for” and “find”, but tloya means “to discover, uncover, find”. Their uses are obviously context (or situational) dependent. teyo being used more often for seeking out a person or thing, and tloya being used upon finding said person or thing.

na’etla teyoye
1sg-P.4sg look.for-PST
I was looking for it.

na’etla tloyaye
1sg-P.4sg uncover-PST
I found it.
