Ingari was created by Kyle Elshoff an alternative script for English. It might also be used to write a few conlangs he is planning to develop.
The consonants are a bit too difficult to distinguish and the vowels seem to be less than conforming to the overall design aesthetic. This is a very stylish script, with the kind of potential for calligraphy and art that I enjoy, however, the fact that is has a single character for the /ks/ while phonemically alternating between /k/ and /s/ in instances English uses the letter “C”…leaves much to desire from this script, linguistically. To summarize, the artistry is here, but the linguistic fundamentals are lacking.
I give it a 4×2 for aesthetics and functionality.
